Development House for Investment (dHi) is a reputable construction group specializing in general construction, real estate, Trade, Logistics, Telecom, commercial and residential project fields. dHi is Founded in 2022 under the law of Sultanate of Oman by a well-experienced individuals with Construction, Consulting, Financial, Production, Trading, Technology, Marketing, and accounting backgrounds. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we bring visions to life, ensuring each project is a masterpiece of design and functionality.
dHi is headquartered in Al Buraimi Governorate, Sultanate of Oman with other branches in Muscat and Suhar.
dHi is led by Group Chief Executive Officer Engineer Mohammad Hamid Zormati, who himself has over 15 years of Business and construction management experience, each of our key executives has significant experience in their chosen fields, which in the majority of cases is coupled with extensive hands-on knowledge and capability.
Working together as a team the entire group can offer and provide unswerving commitment to each of the projects we undertake. Indeed, this ethos extends through our activities and staff members.
